Terms

1. All hired equipment remains the property of Medmobile (Pvt) Ltd and shall be returned when due or on demand.
2. All overdue amounts shall attract interest at 5% above bank lending rates ruling at the time.
3. Any damaged/lost equipment to be charged at current replacement costs as determined by Medmobile (Pvt) Ltd.
4. All costs incurred in the recovery of hired equipment will be at Hirer's expense.
5. Minimum hire period is one month and shall be charged as such for part use thereof.
6. All equipment is hired and used at Hirer's risk and satisfaction.
